​​JIM STANZIOLA, JD
Managing Attorney
​
Jim has spent more than 25 years advising individuals and business owners in the areas of business succession and estate planning. With a strong background in legal and financial matters, he has worked with clients developing strategies to enable them to maximize and protect their wealth.
Jim brings a broad complement of financial experience and expertise to his estate law practice. He is currently a senior partner for Infinitas Coordinated Wealth Counsel, a wealth management firm based in Overland Park, Kansas. Jim also led the legal and compliance department for B.C. Christopher Securities Co. and provided estate planning and business succession advice as an advanced underwriter for Central Life Assurance Co. He started his career auditing trust departments for the Iowa Department of Banking.

Jim is a licensed attorney in Kansas and Missouri. He graduated from Drake University School of Law with a specialization in estate planning and tax, and earned his bachelor's degree in history at the University of Vermont.
More about Jim
An avid runner and swimmer, Jim completed the Boston Marathon twice and has run in more than 300 distance races. He's won his age group six times in the Mid-America region racing competition series. Jim and his wife Lori have been married more than 30 years and they have three children in their 20's.
MEREDITH KINNEY
Legal Support Executive Specialist

Meredith graduated from Kansas State University in May of 2023 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in Finance. During her time as an undergraduate, Meredith was involved in Women in Business, a club made of collegiate women who advocate for personal and professional development in the business field. Additionally, over the summer between her junior and senior year, Meredith had a summer internship at AgTrax, an agricultural accounting software firm in Hutchinson, KS.
Meredith currently lives in Overland Park with her hedgehog, Beans. In her free time, Meredith loves to read, go on walks, and play golf.
Meredith joined Stanziola Estate Law in July of 2023 as a Legal Support Executive Specialist, where she will provide administrative and legal assistance.
